Lead Designer

Pay rate:- $60-$80/ Hour
Job Description
This role plays a key part in bringing projects to life—from initial design to startup. You’ll be a key technical liaison between customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently.
Job Summary
Create detailed shop drawings for construction and fabrication
Coordinate with suppliers and engineers on project needs
Help solve design challenges in the field and office
Support material procurement and project coordination
Be a go-to technical contact for customers and project teams
Assist with startup and final project turnover
Requirements
3+ years in construction engineering
Experience with SolidWorks, Revit, and Excel
CAD experience and experience in agricultural constructions
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Someone who enjoys working through complex challenges as part of a team
