Responsibilities
Responsible for driving Spotlight's organic marketing strategy and promotional product strategy for entertainment (film & tv) partners worldwide, including defining new or local market strategies.
Lead innovative IP/title marketing organic campaigns and creator activations, defining success metrics and driving campaign success from planning to execution.
Define product and data requirements for promotional product features and drive features from development to launch.
Use data to analyze and continually drive campaigns and product feature optimizations.
Collaborate with Partnerships in Spotlight adoption with entertainment partners.
Coordinate with multiple cross‑functional teams such as Product, Partnerships, Data and Legal teams to drive success.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
5 years or more of experience at a major company in the entertainment industry, digital marketing or internet content platform/technology industry.
Experience in film & TV marketing, particularly social marketing, and digital tech products.
Strong data analysis, strategy, and logical thinking skills; able to understand complicated situations, define key problems and develop approaches and cross‑functional operational workstreams to solve problems and achieve goals.
Good at cross‑cultural understanding, communication, coordination and proactive, result‑oriented initiative pushing.
Have empathy and understanding for publishers, creators, and users.
Preferred Qualifications
Overseas working experience is a plus.
MBA is a plus.
Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $209380 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
