Key Responsibilities:

The Production Manager II will support project teams in budgeting, planning, coordinating, and executing work using the Wharton‑Smith Production Management System (PMS).

This role partners with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to improve workflow, planning reliability, and continuous improvement across all phases of construction.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Plan Grid, Primavera P6, budget software, project management software; CAD or SketchUp is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field experience

2-5 years of commercial and/or water plant construction experience
