Our Team, Your Impact
This position is responsible for developing and implementing HCP medical education strategies for CNS (Movement Disorder / Tourette Syndrome / Bipolar / Schizophrenia) brand at Teva. The position will ensure educational needs are being identified, addressed, and appropriately prioritized for this brand and across the portfolio. The individual in this role will leverage their expert understanding of medical education initiatives in CNS and ensure those initiatives are responsive to changes in the external environment and reflect current best practices. Success in the role will require a high degree of partnership with the brand HCP leads, the cross‑functional marketing team, and the broader Innovative Medicines (IM) business.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of medical education (ME) programs, including peer‑to‑peer education, continuing medical education (CME) initiatives, and live events.

Execute initiatives focused on healthcare providers (HCP’s) including Psychiatrists, Neurologists, nurse practitioners (NPs), physician assistant (PAs), and primary care.

Identify health care provider (HCP) needs and preferred methods of engagement.

Manage medical education budget, ensuring resources are being allocated based on strategy.

Ensure all medical education initiatives are being delivered in a compliant fashion and with adherence to industry guidelines and Teva policies.

Build and execute portfolio‑wide plans in conjunction with other marketing disciplines, including KOL Engagement/Congress Planning and Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) teams, with a specific focus on brand‑related content for congresses/conventions focused on movement disorders and acting as the liaison to Speakers.

Partner with and drive the effectiveness engagements with medical education agencies.

Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (e.g., Medical Affairs) to drive performance.

Build and maintain an in‑depth understanding of the external market and new approaches to effective medical education work.

Support annual planning with brand leads.

Manage the promotional approval process of medical education materials.Align organizationally and individually with internal and external codes of conduct.

Your Skills and Experience
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

A minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required.

A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical medical education experience or equivalent required.

Experience in CNS (Movement Disorders / Tourette Syndrome / Bipolar / Schizophrenia) areas preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Strong pharmaceutical industry and therapeutic area business acumen.

Able to draw insights from a variety of sources, understand market and competition, compile relevant data from appropriate sources and perform analysis for the department.

Synthesizes complex and diverse information, recognizes trends and/or interrelationships.

Ability to meet objectives and deadlines, promote efficiency and effectiveness, and incorporate improvements and program return on investment (ROI).

Project management experience and the ability to manage and coordinate projects with multiple internal stakeholders and vendors.

Excellent verbal, written, organization and interpersonal skills required.

Versed in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Travel Requirements
Approximately 30% domestic travel throughout the US.

Physical Requirements

Occasional: Sitting for extended periods of time at workstation or mobile equipment.

Visual Acuity: Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.

Working Environment

May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed on site visits (i.e. safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).

Salary Range
The annual starting salary for this position is between $154,160- $202,335 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
