As an Associate Producer, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our agency by building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to attract new clients.

The Role:
- Lead Generation: Actively identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, and digital marketing efforts.
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients, educate them about the agency's insurance offerings, and establish rapport to create lasting business relationships.
- Needs Assessment: Understand the insurance needs of potential clients by conducting thorough assessments and consultations.
- Solution Presentation: Present tailored insurance solutions to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and providing them with the information required to make informed decisions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met while demonstrating the agency's commitment to exceptional service.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to transition leads into clients and assist in the onboarding process.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress and provide regular reports to the management team.
The Tools:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
- Completion of Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 Days.
