We’re looking for a detail-oriented team member to help keep our post‑production workflow running smoothly while supporting our editing team. While our headquarters are in Los Angeles, our post‑production team is located across the country. You’ll have the flexibility to work in your own time zone, contributing 40 hours per week, with plenty of opportunities to collaborate and grow alongside the team.

Responsibilities

Organize incoming projects and prepare them for editors

Ingest and manage media assets

Set up project files and sync audio

Review footage to identify and flag any issues prior to editing

Build and prepare multicam sequences

Set up podcast projects with multicam timelines, enabling seamless switching between camera angles (e.g., Cam 1, Cam 2, Cam 3, two‑shots, etc.)

Manage exports, uploads, and final deliverables

Assist with smaller, straightforward editing projects

Provide support on overflow work and general post‑production tasks as needed

Previous experience editing content for social media platforms is required

This role will begin as a 3‑month contract position. If it’s a strong fit for both sides, it is intended to transition into a full‑time salaried role. Compensation during the initial contract period is $800.00 per week.
