Role Overview SHI is seeking a Content Strategist & Writer – Healthcare to support our Healthcare business. This role develops clear, compelling content that supports brand positioning, campaign performance, and product storytelling, translating complex healthcare solutions into value‑driven narratives.
Responsibilities Develop and execute content strategies aligned to business goals, go‑to‑market motions, and healthcare audience needs, translating complex concepts into clear narratives.
Collaborate with campaign managers, sales teams, field marketing, and subject matter experts to create accurate, relevant, value‑driven content tailored to specific personas, industries, and buying stages.
Write product‑adjacent content, including solution briefs, one‑pagers, FAQs, messaging frameworks, and web copy.
Produce full‑funnel, prospect‑facing content such as blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, email copy, and landing pages.
Ensure consistency in voice, messaging, and positioning across all channels.
Support product and solution launches by creating sales‑ and campaign‑aligned enablement content that supports prospecting and pipeline acceleration.
Apply SEO best practices to improve content discoverability, search rankings, and organic performance across web and campaign assets.

Intermediate application of SEO principles and best practices.
Intermediate ability to create clear and effective technical documentation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or a related field, or relevant work experience.
2–5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or related roles.
Proven ability to write for executive and professional audiences (B2B experience preferred).
Exceptional writing, editing, and content organization skills.
Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.
Preferred: Experience in healthcare, health IT, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
Preferred: Familiarity with product marketing concepts, including positioning, personas, and value propositions.
Preferred: Experience creating sales‑enablement or go‑to‑market‑aligned content.
Preferred: Comfort collaborating with subject matter experts and translating technical input into market‑ready content.
Compensation & Benefits The estimated annual pay range is $80,000 – $100,000, which includes a base salary. Compensation is dependent on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and will vary individually. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and flexible spending.
