TalentPop is a fast-growing startup headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA, specializing in white-glove Customer Experience solutions for leading e-commerce brands. We partner with top platforms including Gorgias, Attentive, and Route, and work with brands like CorePower Yoga, Beyond Meat, and Liquid I.V. With over 800 active accounts, we’re expanding our partnerships team to keep pace with our growth.
Responsibilities

As Partnerships Manager, you’ll build and nurture relationships with Agency and Technology Partners, ensuring they understand what TalentPop offers and view us as the go‑to customer service solution for e-commerce. You’ll own strategy across multiple channels and play a key role in educating prospective partners on the value of a best‑in‑class customer experience.
Identify, connect with, and onboard new Agency and Technology Partners, educating them on TalentPop’s offerings and how we can benefit their clients
Nurture existing partner relationships and keep them up to date on TalentPop’s latest developments and mutual opportunities
Maintain an organized, up-to-date CRM and continuously optimize the partnership pipeline using data at every stage
Conduct one-on-one meetings and Lunch and Learns with partner teams to answer questions and drive engagement
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to generate lead flow back to partners and add ongoing value to those relationships
Work cross-functionally with Marketing to develop partner enablement materials
Plan and execute in-person partner events to drive brand awareness and incremental leads
Build and maintain partnership reports to present to the Founders during team meetings
Position yourself as a thought leader in the e-commerce space
Qualifications

1+ year in Partnerships or Sales, or 1+ year at a SaaS or service-based business serving e-commerce
Experience in the e-commerce space from an agency or SaaS perspective is a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Zapier
Data-driven mindset with a willingness to test, iterate, and optimize regularly
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% for partner meetings, events, and offsites

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 OTE (Salary + Commission)
Location

This role is hybrid for candidates within 50 miles of our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters. Candidates outside that radius are eligible to work fully remote. We are hiring in the United States or Canada only.
