Responsibilities Manage Walmart’s national account, driving business growth, improving profitability, and expanding market share.
Work with Walmart to develop account‑specific plans that maximize sales, profit, merchandising, distribution, market share, trade promotion management, forecasting, and promotions.
Develop growth and investment strategy focused on assortment, innovation, content, and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders within the account to ensure customer satisfaction and partnership.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to proactively adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Support implementation of key Spin Master initiatives while prioritizing key customer initiatives.
Accountable for achieving sales targets, distribution, merchandising, and pricing objectives for assigned accounts.
Regularly report on account performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics to senior management.
Use data and insights to make informed decisions and improve business outcomes.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and digital/eCommerce, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
5+ years of experience in major account management in the consumer goods industry, preferably with Walmart and/or the toy industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic business decisions.
Hands‑on knowledge of Retail Link and Scintilla.
Work and Compensation Hybrid work arrangement is preferred. Annual pay range for Arkansas is $125,000 to $145,000 per annum. Salary depends on experience, education, and other factors.
