As the Marketing Strategy Lead, you will orchestrate the end‑to‑end delivery of marketing initiatives for a high‑impact client, focusing on recruitment marketing, branding, and brand awareness. You will oversee strategic direction, collaborating with media, creative, and technology teams to deliver a unified brand experience across multiple channels, support clients during production shoots, and drive project growth and strategy development.
The Work
Lead the execution of end‑to‑end marketing delivery for a high‑impact client, including recruitment marketing, branding, and awareness initiatives.
Oversee marketing strategy, media, and teams to achieve client goals and KPIs.
Collaborate with media, creative, and technology teams to deliver a cohesive brand and experience across multiple channels.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, content planning, and distribution approaches.
Utilize analytics to inform marketing strategies and assess campaign performance.
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
Support clients during production shoots, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
Drive project growth and contribute to ongoing strategy development.
Ensure all communications are developed and delivered effectively to meet client needs.
Must be able to go on site 100%.
Here's what you need
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in consulting or agency setting
2+ years supervising direct reports
Experience overseeing marketing strategy, media, and creative teams and leading end‑to‑end marketing delivery
Hands‑on experience conducting research and building comprehensive marketing strategies with recommendations across branding, messaging, partnerships, media, etc.
Knowledge of marketing performance metrics, tools, and processes and ability to craft reports on campaign success
Experience managing cross‑functional teams
Bonus points if you have
Experience in recruitment marketing, branding, and awareness campaigns
Familiarity with multi‑channel marketing campaigns
Experience working with government or law enforcement clients
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools
Experience supporting clients during production shoots
Security clearance
Active Top Secret clearance
Compensation
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $108,600—$232,800 USD.
