Creative Production & Marketing Intern/Fellow

Bad Muse Media is seeking a passionate, creative, and highly motivated intern/fellow to support our growing female‑led production company. This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across independent film production, photography, content creation, and digital marketing while working directly with creatives, filmmakers, brands, and emerging talent.

As a Creative Intern, you'll play a key role in helping bring projects to life—from assisting with film development and photoshoots to creating social content and supporting marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in film, creative production, content creation, social media, or entertainment marketing.

Responsibilities

Assist with film development, production, and pre‑production tasks

Support photoshoots, content productions, and creative campaigns

Create and edit social media content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Research industry trends, filmmakers, brands, and marketing opportunities

Assist with crowdfunding campaigns, fundraising materials, and pitch deck development

Help coordinate production schedules, talent outreach, and project logistics

Write captions, blog content, and marketing copy

Support audience growth and community engagement initiatives

Assist with behind‑the‑scenes content capture on productions and shoots

Organize creative assets, project files, and marketing materials

Contribute ideas during creative brainstorming and development meetings

Qualifications

Current student, recent graduate, or emerging creative professional

Strong interest in film, photography, media, marketing, or content creation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital trends

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools is a plus

Passion for storytelling, independent film, and creative entrepreneurship
