Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Executive – Home Décor to support our growing business across key retail accounts and home décor categories.

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product Development, Design, Planning, Production, and Operations teams to help drive day-to-day account management, support product execution, and contribute to category growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, customer-focused, and excited by the intersection of product, retail, and home design.

Key Responsibilities

Support the management and growth of key retail accounts across home décor and home textiles categories

Partner with sales leadership to present product assortments, pricing, timelines, and seasonal programs to customers

Assist in analyzing monthly and annual sales performance, margin goals, inventory levels, and business opportunities

Work closely with Planning and Operations teams to support inventory management, forecasting, and allocation strategies

Collaborate with Product Development, Design, Production, and Sourcing teams to help ensure successful product execution and timely deliveries

Manage order tracking, shipping updates, and open order communication to maintain strong customer service and retailer compliance

Maintain sales projections, inventory reports, and weekly business updates across accounts

Partner with Design and Brand teams to review best sellers, market trends, customer feedback, and future assortment opportunities

Conduct competitive shopping, market research, and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities within the home décor space

Assist in preparing showroom presentations, product displays, customer meetings, and market appointments

Support licensed, branded, and private label programs across multiple retail channels

Help identify opportunities for assortment expansion, new product introductions, and category growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Interior Design, or related field

2+ years of experience in sales support, account management, merchandising, wholesale, or consumer products preferred

Experience within home décor, home textiles, lifestyle products, or retail environments strongly preferred

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally across teams and departments

Passion for home décor, product trends, retail, and consumer brands
