A day in the life…
Wondering what a day in the life of Marketing Content Specialist at The Iowa Clinic might look like?

Develops and executes external communication and content strategies to support growth, recruitment, and brand reputation

Manages social media strategy, content, engagement, and performance reporting

Creates and produces multimedia content (written, visual, video) for digital, web, and marketing channels

Maintains and enhances provider digital presence and online reputation

Oversees website content updates and accuracy through CMS

Coordinates provider onboarding/offboarding communications and updates

Supports events, promotions, and broader marketing initiatives

This job might be for you if…
Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or related field required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or related field required.

2-4 years of hands‑on experience in content strategy, social media management, and digital content creation.

Demonstrated computer competency required.

Experience with design and video editing software is required.

Experience with animation and photography is strongly preferred.

Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
