Amazon MGM Studios is hiring for an Associate Campaign Manager who supports the execution of marketing campaigns in partnership with senior Campaign Managers. This role focuses on operational coordination and hands‑on campaign support, contributing to creative excellence and fiscal responsibility across titles. The Associate Campaign Manager assists in connecting workstreams across various initiatives, learning to navigate high‑pressure environments while developing strategic thinking alongside tactical execution skills. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced marketing environment. They should be comfortable supporting strategic discussions while excelling at tactical execution and maintaining focus on campaign quality.

Key Responsibilities

Support 360 campaign execution in partnership with senior Campaign Managers, including timeline tracking, budget monitoring, and flagging potential obstacles for resolution

Help bridge operations between creative and strategic functions by coordinating deliverables and tracking dependencies

Manage day‑to‑day stakeholder communications and approval workflows, coordinating internal and external partners to ensure efficient asset development and delivery

Own end‑to‑end campaign management for smaller‑scale titles, serving as the primary point of contact for cross‑functional partners on assigned campaigns

Manage billing coordination through asset budget tracking, including initiation of legal work orders, PO management and invoice processing

Translate technical platform requirements into creative deliverable needs for assigned campaigns

Implement and maintain project tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and visibility across teams

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through campaign analysis, feedback integration, and collaboration tool management

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience

Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Experience managing or working within cross‑functional marketing and creative teams

Knowledge of project management tools

Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cost reports

2+ years of coordination, project management, asset operations or post‑delivery experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management

Experience in e‑commerce, start‑ups, advertising, commercial

The base salary range for this position is $70,400 to $103,400 annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
