We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on

Director of Marketing

to join a fully integrated private equity real estate firm based in Houston. This individual will lead all marketing initiatives across the platform and support a diverse portfolio of development projects spanning multiple asset classes. Reporting directly to the executive team, this role requires a versatile marketing leader who is comfortable operating both strategically and tactually in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

This is a full-time in-office position based in the Galleria area

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute all companywide marketing, branding, and communications initiatives
Develop marketing strategies for development projects across multiple asset classes including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use
Create and oversee investor presentations, pitch materials, and corporate communications
Manage digital marketing efforts including website content, social media, email campaigns, and brand positioning
Coordinate with leasing, acquisitions, development, and executive leadership teams to support business objectives
Oversee third-party vendors including graphic designers, photographers, PR firms, and marketing agencies
Plan and execute events (internal and external), industry conferences, and corporate branding initiatives
Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all platforms and materials

Qualifications:
10+ years of marketing experience within commercial real estate
Experience supporting multiple asset types and development projects preferred
Strong background in branding, communications, and strategic marketing execution
Exceptional writing, presentation, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a lean environment
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and digital marketing tools preferred

Compensation : up to $180,000 DOE + annual bonus
