Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner to lead backlog ownership and sprint planning execution for a high-visibility initiative within an Oracle environment. This individual will be responsible for managing a large, active backlog while driving delivery across scrum teams.
This role is highly visible, fast-moving, and requires someone who can own prioritization, lead sprint planning, and drive team execution.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Own and prioritize a large ServiceNow backlog
Translate tickets/issues into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Lead sprint planning sessions (core focus of role)
Work closely with engineering teams to:
scope work
estimate effort
confirm sprint commitments
Run and support scrum team execution
Balance priorities across high-volume, high-visibility initiatives
Partner with stakeholders to align delivery with business goals (Oracle environment)

Skills and Requirements
Strong Product Owner experience (5+ years)
Hands-on ServiceNow background
Proven experience:
leading sprint planning sessions
managing backlogs
running scrum teams
Expertise in:
Agile / Scrum methodologies
user story writing + acceptance criteria
Ability to manage large workloads and shifting priorities Experience working within or alongside Oracle environments
Exposure to high-volume enterprise backlogs
Technical understanding (APIs, integrations, workflows)
