Job Description
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Regional Business Manager, Advanced Practice Provider, Gastroenterology/IBD in the Midwest Region, which includes Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Nebraska, Kansas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kentucky, and Oklahoma.

Our Immunology team leads in the development of transformational medicines for immunological disorders and illnesses.
Purpose
Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners / Physician Assistants) are a growing and critical segment of healthcare providers delivering patient care. The Regional Manager, APP Specialists, Gastroenterology is responsible for leading a team that engages APPs at a local level to identify marketplace needs, provide disease state and product education, and support HCPs in appropriate utilization of JJIM resources.
Primary Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned.
Mentor, develop and lead a team of 8-10 individuals towards attaining brand objectives for Gastroenterology products within the JJIM portfolio.
Demonstrate the ability to shape business strategically while operating within an assigned budget.
Pull through Immunology culture tenets, manage APP Specialist performance, develop and motivate people and teams, demonstrate core product's clinical attributes, forge valuable customer relationships, and achieve brand objectives.
Collaborate with partners and work in the field with minimal supervision.
Complete all required field standards, including timely and accurate documentation of customer engagements, expense reporting, and required trainings.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industry; or clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) preferably in Gastroenterology (IBD).
3+ years of experience leading and managing teams, preferably in pharmaceutical marketing.
Strong business acumen including experience developing and executing regional business plans.
Track record of building productive, collaborative relationships with individuals of varied educational background and performing different roles within an ecosystem.
Self-starter with proven ability to set, pursue, and achieve goals/results.
Superior communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent follow through.
Reside within the geography or be willing to relocate to it.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including some weekend conferences.
Preferred:
Strong knowledge of payer approval process and solid business acumen.
Ability to translate customer feedback into potential solutions.
Strong organizational, problem solving and project management skills.
Success exhibiting peer leadership, mentorship and coaching.
Genuine interest and demonstrated competence in learning and adopting new technologies.

Base pay: $141,000.00 - $243,800.00.
Pay Transparency
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Benefits
Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year; Colorado: 48 hours; Washington: 56 hours
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period (10 days)
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
