The Content Creator at Mulbah is responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand content for founder-led, positive impact consumer brands. This role blends creativity, execution, and trend awareness. You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering social media content that aligns with campaign strategy and resonates with the target audience. Your work will directly influence brand growth, audience engagement, and the overall success of each partner’s social presence.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for an initial duration of 6 months. You will be hired as a W-2 salaried employee of Mulbah, with the same level of commitment and integration as any other team member. At the end of the contract, there is the potential for the role to be extended or converted into an ongoing position based on performance and business needs.

Content Creation
ReviewtheCampaigncontentplanandcapturecontentalignedwithcampaignmessaging,promotions,seasonalthemes,andproducthighlights.
Prioritizevertical (9:16)contentforReels,TikTok,andShortsunlessanotherformatisrequired.
Monitorsocialmediatrendsandcreateadditionaltrend-basedorcreativecontentopportunitieswhenappropriate.
Editcapturedcontentintopolishedsocial-readydeliverablesusingbestpracticessuchascleanpacing,captionsorsubtitles,trendingaudio,andon-brandtextoverlays.
Create a minimum of 15 finished pieces ofgraphicsusingtoolssuchasCanva each quarter.
UploadfinalizedassetstothePartner’sSharedGoogleDriveandorganizethemintotheappropriatefolders.
