Head Percussion Director, Marching Band Excellence

Davenport Community Schools is looking for an enthusiastic coach to lead and develop our sports programs at West High School. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and coaching young people, with the ability to motivate student-athletes both academically and in their sport.
Experience with competition at the state level, as well as a background in marching band, is desired. The role includes engaging with staff, students, and parents to foster a positive environment and support academic success.
