Marketing Manager
Contract: Permanent contract | Location: Crans‑Montana, Switzerland
Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager manages marketing activities focused on promoting Les Roches and its programs through the development of key collaterals—brochures, website, videos, one‑pagers, and more. Ensures consistent brand messaging across all materials and channels. Organizes online recruitment events (webinars, LinkedIn Lives, digital tours) and supports the operational coordination of on‑campus activities such as open days, private visits, and high school events.
Brand communications
Lead the Student Ambassador program and related activities.
Programmes promotion
Stakeholder management
Pre‑arrivals, check‑in, and campus collaterals
Communication to prescribers
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build fruitful relationships with campus stakeholders, international students, and faculty members.
Team player; supportive of other marketing and campus team members.
Creative and dynamic with strong attention to detail.
Bilingual French & English preferences.
Good knowledge of InDesign and/or other design software (a plus).
Passion for storytelling and contemporary marketing techniques.
Adaptability to a fast‑changing environment.
