WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Deliver world-class creative execution against brand design storytelling, with innovative thinking and an obsession around the craft. The Lead Designer works as a part of a multidisciplinary team, leading the execution of the look and feel of the campaigns, across design, art direction, and motion. Supporting Art Directors and the Sr Creative Director within a sport category.

  • Elevating the craft & storytelling: Leading consistent level of deliverables across Art &design, constantly elevating client's Design and Art Direction output.
  • Support studios with hands-on creative work: Leading innovative thinking, collaboration, and hands-on design execution of the day-to-day of the projects. Ability to present creative concepts with confidence.
  • Provide inspiration for the discipline: Keep up to date with emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media, sport culture and technology as relevant to client and the design team.
  • Attention to detail: Stays laser focused on design details to deliver best-in-class, integrated and impactful consumer experiences.
  • Industry & sport culture connectivity: Demonstrate an active interest and participation within the creative industry through professional connections, creative partner scouting and trend leadership.


What you Bring:

  • Creative Leadership: Ability to lead team efforts while working independently to deliver on individual responsibilities. Strong time management skills with ability to toggle between daily and long-term tasks.
  • Proven Art direction & Design Knowledge: Knowledge and expertise in all aspects of photography, motion layout, typography, illustration, identity, digital production and publishing across editorial formats and platforms.
  • Strategic Communication: Effectively applies visual skills to communicate complex ideas, helping align stakeholders with clarity and influence.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with dedication to foster cross functional teamwork with internal and external partners, and an open, positive and collaborative environment.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Proactively identifies opportunities and drives innovation.
  • Talent Magnetism: Helps identify and connect with top creative partners.
  • 3-5 years in direct relevant work experience in Global Brand design and art direction
  • Efficient in Figma, Keynote and Microsoft office
