Responsibilities
Lead the Florida expansion during the 2026 season.
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the door‑to‑door sales team.
Recruit, train, and retain high‑performing sales reps.
Drive personal sales performance and team productivity.
Qualifications
2+ years of D2D management experience (pest, alarms, roofing, fiber).
High output in personal sales.
Experience building or co‑building a sales team.
Hungry, coachable, and willing to take hands‑on work.
