Marketing Graphic Designer Opportunity

My client is seeking an experienced and talented Graphic Designer to join the marketing arm of their design team. The successful candidate will work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high design standards in a fast‑paced (and fun) environment. Thriving in this position requires a grasp of both print and digital mediums. Strong organizational skills and self‑motivation are required, as our designers are responsible for managing their own workload. Inter‑departmental collaboration is essential to this role.

HubSpot Email Campaigns

Social Media Graphics

Print Promotional Materials

Additional projects as assigned

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field with a minimum of 5 years of professional design experience

Expert knowledge of typography rules and styles

Talent and creativity to prepare designs in accordance with internal and external branding guidelines while also meeting standards of the graphic arts and prepress industries

Highly developed design instincts, with a clear eye for hierarchy and composition

Required Software Competencies

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Google Workspace tools, and some familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

Experience with Figma and/or Adobe XD is a plus

Experience building emails with a block editor in HubSpot (or similar, such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, SalesForce)

Proficiency with Trello, Asana or other project management software, WordPress, Litmus

Professional Skills

Versatility and adaptability to tackle a variety of projects and design challenges across print and digital platforms

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with competing deadlines, balancing urgent requests with long‑term projects through strong organization and time management

A composed, professional mindset on fast‑moving projects and tight turnarounds

A desire to keep abreast of current design trends and software

Strong organization and time management skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Advanced oral and written communication skills

Ability to work on a team and independently

A motivated, self‑directed learner who can ramp up on new skills and software quickly and effectively

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a hybrid work environment. The design team currently works in‑office one day per week. Local candidates preferred.
