Join us in celebrating a major milestone for our C5 Texas leaders! Volunteers will help support our Graduation Ceremony, honoring our graduating Medallions and recognizing the growth of all program participants. This is a meaningful opportunity to be part of a special day that celebrates leadership, perseverance, and achievement.

Event setup (tables, signage, registration area)

Assisting with mocktail social hour

Supporting ceremony flow (seating guidance, transitions)

Distributing gifts to leaders

Event breakdown & cleanup

Friendly and welcoming attitude

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods

Comfortable working in a team environment

Dress Code:

Business casual or professional attire
