Inside Sales Representative

to join their team due to growth. This is a newly created position, as the current Inside Sales team is at capacity—creating an exciting opportunity to step into a role with strong support, real demand, and long-term growth potential.

This opportunity is ideal for:

Someone with a passion for sales who is interested in the construction industry

Someone with inside sales, construction, project coordination, or client relationship experience looking for their next step

In this role, you will be responsible for following up on inbound leads, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and helping generate new construction opportunities. This is a relationship-driven role where follow-through, communication, and organization are key.

What’s Offered

$55,000 base salary + commission incentives

Successful team members are earning $100K–$115K+ total compensation
