Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:
Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage industries
Working with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options across a large carrier portfolio, and provide customized solutions to help mitigate household risk
Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred (3.0 GPA preferred)
Ability to pass the state licensing exam upon hire
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
B2B or B2C sales experience, or a related college major
Problem-solving mindset
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Results-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement
High integrity and honest communication
