Job Overview
Georgia Pacific is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. The role will be the first point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring exceptional customer experience and value-based conversations to support business growth.

Location & Schedule
Located at GP HQ in downtown Atlanta, GA. The position offers a hybrid model with remote work and three days in the office each week.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize incoming calls, transforming each interaction into a valued experience.

Serve as a key link between clients and sales professionals, fostering strong relationships and smooth communication.

Accurately enter and maintain customer data and order information in Salesforce and SAP, ensuring precision.

Collaborate closely with sales to coordinate and execute customer orders.

Provide day‑to‑day support for operational dispute reporting to aid the Accounts Receivable team.

Use Excel‑based reports to perform basic account reconciliation and raise discrepancies for resolution.

Approach customer account issues with an entrepreneurial mindset, identifying root causes, proposing solutions, and resolving issues promptly.

Utilize economic thinking to perform business analysis, identifying problems and opportunities for the panels sales team.

Basic Qualifications

Associate’s degree or 1+ year related work experience.

Excellent communication skills, able to convey ideas to diverse audiences.

Proactive, customer‑focused mindset.

Highly motivated self‑starter, constantly seeking process improvements.

Collaborative team player.

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience with SAP or Salesforce.
