This is a 100% commission role with W2 employment status and full benefits. No cap. No ceiling. Top performers earn $250,000–$300,000+ per year.

The Opportunity
You will own the full sales cycle. From first contact through signed contract. You'll have direct access to ownership, fast decisions, and a delivery team you can trust to execute what you sell. No corporate layers. Just you, your pipeline, and your earning potential.

What You'll Do

Own and close your own book of pool and paver leads

Conduct in-home consultations, present proposals, and follow up with urgency

Build referral relationships with builders, realtors, designers, and trade partners

Manage your pipeline in JobTread CRM, accurate, consistent, accountable

Identify outbound opportunities: new developments, luxury communities, and high-value homeowners

Collaborate directly with ownership on pricing, proposals, and market strategy

What We're Looking For

Proven track record closing high‑value sales - pools, pavers, outdoor living, or related home improvement categories strongly preferred

Relentless follow‑up discipline - you don't let warm leads go cold

Comfortable running the full sales cycle: qualify, consult, propose, negotiate, close

Natural relationship builder who earns referrals and repeat business

CRM experience (JobTread a plus; any platform considered)

Knowledge of the Treasure Coast or Palm Beach market is a strong advantage

Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation required

Compensation & Benefits

100% commission - W2 employee (not 1099)

Realistic earning potential: $250,000–$300,000+ per year
