Job Description
The Service Line Marketing Strategist serves as the strategic marketing lead for assigned service lines, partnering closely with administrative and physician leaders to develop and execute integrated, omni‑channel marketing plans that drive growth and revenue. This role is responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring annual marketing strategies aligned to business objectives, with a strong emphasis on digital channels including SEO/SEM, social media, website optimization, and performance reporting. The strategist provides strategic direction and fresh thinking, leads marketing initiatives from concept through execution, and collaborates with creative and cross‑functional teams to ensure all campaigns and digital touchpoints are current, cohesive, and effective.

Skills & Requirements

Required bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field with a preferred master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Required 4 years of progressive marketing or communications experience

Detailed knowledge of marketing principles and tactics, strategic planning, direct marketing, and creative development. Previous healthcare experience is not required but a plus.

Digital media and marketing experience is a must in this ever‑changing digital environment. It is important to be well versed in paid search, digital display, email marketing, social media, and reporting.

Experience working with executive leadership is a must.

Agency experience highly preferred

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic marketing lead for any assigned service lines.

Work in conjunction with the administrative leads and physician leads of your assigned service line to create an omni‑channel marketing plan that solves business needs and drives revenue to the organization.

Plan, facilitate, attend, and participate in meetings and other events as needed.

Be able to speak to SEO/SEM, social media, website revisions, omni‑channel marketing plans and reporting.

Provide strategic direction and fresh thinking to help drive business results.

Integrate effective marketing planning with each service line’s unique business objectives.

Work closely with the creative services team to ensure that all digital channels are always up to date for the assigned service lines.

Create, implement, and measure annual marketing plans for key priorities.

Determine and manage marketing needs and function as project lead on all designated marketing initiatives.

Coordinate the creation, implementation, production, and measurement of marketing campaigns to support goals and objectives.
