Who You Are:
As the Assistant Account Executive, you will support the management and growth of key wholesale accounts within the off-price business. You will partner closely with senior sales leaders, merchandising, and cross-functional teams to drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and support market execution.

What You'll Do:
Financials

Responsible for all sales goals, strategize with Director on how to achieve

Managing two accounts across Womans & Mens Off-Price Accessories Business

Selling/Hindsights

Pulling selling reports on a weekly basis

Sending out bi-weekly selling updates to greater team & Merchandising

Manage/Partner with Sr. AE on Market Recaps done after market is closed

ATS

Sell off ATS weekly/as needed for division, with guidance from Sr. AE

Follow-up with pending packages in tandem with Sr. AE

Saving down Weekly ATS file sent from Mainline weekly

Partner with Customer Service

Partner with Sr AE to ensure all EDI's/PO's are processed timely for division

Partner with customer service as needed on shipping related questions, extensions, or shortages for division

Manage unconfirmed for division- make sure all EDI's are received at least 3 week prior to start ship

Assist Sr. AE on processing all PO's and send to customer service for division

Market Prep

Assist in merchandising showroom

Manage calendar for market milestones, deadlines & appointments w/ help from Sr. AE

Keep showroom in order and organized at all times

Manage Samples

Market

Manage/Lead appointments for two accounts with guidance from Sr. AE & Director

Assist on the Additions process & partner with Merchandising during market

Manage/Partner with Sr. AE on creating market detail sheets for the accounts

Assist Director with pre-market lineplans

Exclusives

Managing all sample requests from accounts

You'll Need to Have:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for fashion and a strong sense of trends.
