Digital Product Designer

Summary Mid-level Digital Product Designer responsible for creating high-quality mobile and web experiences, owning feature design end-to-end, and collaborating with creative directors and engineers to align user needs and business goals with elegant product solutions.
Responsibilities Design user-centered experiences for native iOS and Android applications and responsive web browsers
Translate product requirements, data and insights, and technical constraints into design solutions
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Apply and contribute to the design system while respecting platform guidelines
Collaborate closely with internal teams and engineers throughout the product lifecycle
Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and usability findings
Ensure designs are accessible, scalable, and aligned with brand standards
Requirements 3 years of experience in digital product design, UX UI design, or a related role
Strong experience designing native mobile apps for iOS and/or Android
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
Expert-level proficiency with Figma tooling and capabilities
Experience working with design systems and component-based design
Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
