Legal Leads Group isn't your typical marketing agency — and we're not looking for a typical developer. We're a full-service legal marketing powerhouse built from the ground up by attorneys, accountants, engineers, and developers who got tired of watching law firms get taken advantage of by agencies that didn't understand their business.
Our entire team — SEO developers, web designers, paid ads strategists, social media managers, intake specialists, and operations — works in-house under one roof. That's not an accident. It's our competitive advantage. We keep everything internal so we can move fast, stay accountable, and deliver results that actually matter: quality cases that convert to paying clients.
Our websites aren't brochures. They're conversion machines. We build sticky, beautiful, performance-optimized sites that make visitors stay, engage, and pick up the phone. That's where you come in.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior WordPress Web Developer who builds — not assembles. Someone who writes real code, has an eye for striking design, and takes personal pride in every pixel and line of markup they produce. You'll be building multiple custom WordPress sites per month in a fast-paced, high-output environment where quality and speed are both non-negotiable.
This is a full-time, W2, in-office position at our Westlake Village, CA location. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, with flexibility to work beyond those hours when project demands require it.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple concurrent projects
- Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable — you own your work end to end
