Leading the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, the freelance Director of Integrated Brand Marketing will manage cross-functional alignment across various channels while working remotely from the East or West Coast.
Key responsibilities

Lead integrated campaign coordination across major workstreams, ensuring teams remain aligned and on schedule
Develop and manage a master campaign plan with clear milestones, owners, deliverables, and interdependencies
Facilitate weekly cross-functional meetings with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors to maintain momentum and accountability

Required qualifications

8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand operations
Strong consumer brand or CPG experience with an understanding of cross-channel collaboration
Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across various marketing disciplines
Experience incorporating retail media strategy into campaign planning and execution
Outstanding project management capabilities, including timeline creation and stakeholder coordination
