Business Development Director

For our client, we are seeking a Business Development Director to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,250 – $165,000 annually

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close new CTV supply partnerships

Drive CTV supply expansion and go-to-market strategy in international markets

Negotiate and structure commercial contracts for CTV supply and data partnerships

Partner with Account Management to co‑own a book of strategic CTV publishers

Source market feedback to inform the company’s product roadmap

Support buy‑side teams on CTV inventory and data positioning

Represent the company at industry events and thought leadership opportunities

Qualifications

7+ years programmatic sales experience in ad tech or publisher‑side

Proven track record exceeding quota and managing enterprise partnerships

Existing relationships across premium publishers

Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem and retail media networks

Strong executive presence and strategic thinking capabilities

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

High energy, self‑motivated with startup mindset
