Director of Product Design

Leading the craft and creative direction of the platform, the full-time remote Director of Product Design will personally design complex product experiences while managing and developing a team of product designers to ensure high-quality design outputs.
Key Responsibilities

Own the design of strategic and foundational platform experiences, driving the end-to-end design process from discovery to execution
Manage, coach, and grow a team of product designers, setting quality standards and ensuring cohesive user experiences across the platform
Integrate AI-first design practices into the team's workflow, collaborating closely with product management and engineering leadership to shape product strategy

Required Qualifications

10+ years of product design experience with 4+ years in a leadership role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
A portfolio showcasing exceptional craft in visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking, particularly with complex platform work
Hands-on experience designing for AI-powered products and familiarity with modern AI design and prototyping tools
Proven ability to conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable product opportunities
Experience operating at the intersection of design and front-end development, with a focus on effective design handoffs and collaboration with engineers
