Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a critical role in prototyping, designing, and developing user‑centered display solutions that meet the needs of our customers in a creative, intuitive, safe, and effective display system that enhances the user experience.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Machine Interaction (HMI), Human Factors Engineering (HFE), Human Systems Integration (HSI), or a related field.

Familiarity with Graphical User Interface (GUI) design for optimal usability while considering back‑end logic.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++.

Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance and is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired Skills

Familiarity with design and analysis tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP, SPSS).

Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Gitlab, Jira, Confluence).

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Familiarity with user‑centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.

Security Clearance
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

Benefits & Compensation
The base range for this position in New Jersey is $61,500 – $116,455. Benefits offered include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short‑Term Disability, Long‑Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid Time Off, and Holidays.
