Hiring: Master Control Operator (Onsite – Centennial, CO)
Location: 4100 E Dry Creek Road, Centennial, CO 80122
Duration: 6+ Month Contract (with potential conversion to full-time)
Mode: Onsite
Shift: Rotational shifts (5 AM–1 PM | 1 PM–9 PM | 9 PM–5 AM)

We are looking for a

Master Control Operator

to support high-volume broadcast operations and ensure seamless on-air programming across multiple channels in a fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support on-air operations during major system migration initiatives
Perform quality control checks for programming, commercials, and live events
Manage and update on-air playlists using broadcast automation tools (e.g., SNELL Morpheus, Amagi)
Ensure flawless execution of commercial breaks during live and recorded programming
Monitor 150+ channel streams to ensure continuous broadcast quality
Verify all content readiness for air including audio, video, captions, and picture quality
Act as first responder for any on-air discrepancies with quick decision-making
Collaborate with operations teams to resolve issues in real time
Communicate clearly with production teams for playlist and schedule updates
Maintain adherence to broadcast standards and operational procedures

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or Associate’s degree in Media, Communications, or related field
OR equivalent hands-on experience in broadcast, digital, or production environments
Strong understanding of TV broadcast operations xsgimln or live production workflows

Preferred Skills:
Prior master control or control room experience (preferred but not required)
Ability to perform under pressure in live broadcast environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies quickly
Excellent multitasking and communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to evolving workflows and technologies
Spanish language skills are a plus
