Enviro-Clean Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Support Assistant Manager to support multiple accounts by ensuring quality service, strong customer relationships, and operational efficiency. This role provides hands‑on support with new account start‑ups, staff training, and coverage for management as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in training New Managers and Assistant Managers

Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee relations

Provide coverage for Managers as needed

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Contribute to the development of long‑term action plans for accounts facing challenges.

Support new account start‑ups, establishing and implementing action plans

Maintain strong client relationships and assist with customer communications

Support scheduling, labor management, and cost control efforts

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications

Experience in commercial cleaning or facility services preferred

Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast‑paced environment

Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel between locations

Valid driver’s license required
