Senior Business Development Executive, Workforce & Talent Solutions
At Brightwing, we’ve spent more than 55 years helping organizations solve complex workforce challenges. We’re looking for a consultative sales professional who can leverage our brand, trademarked Elevate360® methodology, and experienced recruiting team to develop new client relationships and drive growth.

This is not an account management role. While you’ll benefit from existing relationships, marketing support, and a strong reputation in the market, success in this position requires creating new opportunities, building executive-level relationships, and winning new business.

What You’ll Do

Develop new client relationships across Metro Detroit and surrounding markets

Identify workforce, talent acquisition, leadership, and HR challenges within client organizations

Sell Brightwing’s portfolio of solutions, including:

Contingent Staffing

Direct Hire Recruiting

Retained Executive Search

Flex Recruit®

Flex HR®

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through close

Partner with Brightwing’s recruiting team to ensure exceptional delivery and client satisfaction

Expand existing client relationships and uncover new opportunities for growth

Who You Are

3+ years of successful B2B sales experience

Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships

Experience in staffing, professional services, consulting, SaaS, HR technology, or other consultative sales environments

Strong discovery, relationship-building, and closing skills

Motivated by solving client problems and creating business impact
