Band Front Performance Coach & Visual Lead

Sylvania is seeking a Band Front Advisor to support the Oxford Area High School marching band during the fall season. This role involves coordinating rehearsals and performances while working closely with the band director and student musicians to enhance their performance experience.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in music, excellent leadership, and communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive environment for students. Further education in music or performing arts is preferred.
