The team at Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing organization.

We own and operate 45 Orangetheory Fitness studio franchises throughout California and are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to help elevate our brand and member experience.

Job Type : Part Time

Pay : $22/hour

Experience/Job Requirements:

1-2 years practical experience in a OTF field or marketing role

Digital savvy; understands and can execute digital marketing tools (email, text, social…)

Adept in Google Suite applications

Responsibilities: This role may include, but is not limited to, the following:

Coordinate Shop OTF orders for all studios

Coordinate RR Donnelly orders for all studios

Responding to customer reviews with SOCi platform

Coordinate e‑mail, SMS, Eventbrite, etc. campaigns including monthly newsletter

Coordinate Celsius orders for all studios

Coordinate the fulfillment of coach uniforms on a quarterly basis

Assist Regional Marketing and Social Media Managers on a needed basis

Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professional demeanor in all matters representing Company and Owners
