Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Growth Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing email marketing campaigns, coordinating events, supporting lead generation initiatives, and helping drive brand awareness and business growth.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, proactive, data‑driven, and excited about working in a fast‑growing company.

Qualifications
Required

2+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, event marketing, or a related role.

Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience coordinating events and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.

Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.

Preferred

Experience in B2B marketing.

Experience in PropTech, SaaS, or Real Estate industries.

Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation strategies.

Experience with marketing automation tools.
