Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145, Part 43, and applicable FARs, acting as a primary contact for the FAA and other regulatory bodies.
Oversee the performance and documentation of inspections and maintenance releases.
Supervise and assist technicians, ensuring tasks align with approved data and standards.
Coordinate repair station personnel, from hiring and training to performance evaluations.
Implement inventory management procedures and oversee material flow with key managers.
Maintain facility security and readiness, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Communicate with customers about repair statuses and support business development initiatives.
Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a 145 FAA Repair Station or as an A & P mechanic.
Demonstrated technical expertise in repairing inflight entertainment systems.
In-depth knowledge of FARs and proficiency in managing employee operations and interviews.
Experience with inventory management and inspection processes.
Experience in wireless sales is a plus.
