Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and energetic professional to support LeChase’s various marketing, communications and business development efforts. As a key member of LeChase’s growing marketing team, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring that the company’s brand, core values, and culture are reflected across a wide range of communications.

The Marketing Coordinator position requires the ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment, the capacity to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment to meet deadlines and goals, and an eagerness to grow within our fast‑paced company. The position also requires initiative and creative thinking, common sense, good judgement, an eye for graphics and composition, and a respect for the confidential aspects of LeChase’s business.

General Responsibilities

Generation of marketing collateral including project sheets, resumes & estimate books

Preparation of bid qualification packages, state forms and AIA’s

CRM database maintenance and support

Supports in the development of qualification / proposal submissions

Regional and corporate event support

Market research

Marketing Manager

Compensation
$45,000 - $55,000

Position Location
This position may reside at any of our New York State office locations, which include Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Schenectady, Corning, Binghamton, or Armonk.

Qualifications

1-3 years experience in the marketing or communications field.

BS/BA in relevant field preferred.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and proficient in Microsoft Products preferred.

Excellent grammar, writing skills, editing skills, and proofreading skills.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a variety of writing elements.

Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects and turn around projects in a tight timeframe under pressure to meet deadlines.

Works well both independently and in a team environment.

A strategic thinker who is also comfortable with hands‑on work.
