Our customers and community members know that they can rely on us for Legendary Service and quality products.Pay: $23.27-$25.51The Marketing Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of PARR’s marketing department. This role is responsible for helping keep the department organized, efficient, and moving forward through project coordination, co-op tracking and invoicing, internal ticket management, SWAG inventory oversight, and general team support.The ideal candidate is friendly, hardworking, proactive, flexible, and extremely organized. They should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, adapting to changing needs, and stepping in wherever support is needed to help the team succeed.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCo-Op & Financial CoordinationWork with internal teams to effectively track monthly manufacturer co-op accruals, submissions, reimbursements, and balancesCoordinate vendor invoicing, sponsorship billing, and marketing-related paymentsReconcile monthly marketing expenses between accounting and internal tracking systemsAssist with budget tracking and reporting for promotions, events, and campaignsMaintain organized records of invoices, proof of performance, co-op documentation, and vendor agreementsProject & Ticketing CoordinationManage incoming marketing requests through the department ticketing/project management systemHelp prioritize, assign, and track projects to ensure deadlines are metCoordinate communication between internal stakeholders and the marketing teamMonitor project timelines, approvals, and deliverablesMaintain organized workflows, documentation, and status reportingAdministrative & Team SupportTrack and maintain marketing swag, apparel inventory, and promotional materialsCoordinate ordering, distribution, and inventory organization for branded merchandiseMaintain marketing event materials, including signage, banners, tents, displays, and marketing kitsAssist with scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and supporting departmental operationsGather and organize vendor marketing assets and distribute internally as neededSupport team events, trade shows, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives as neededPerform additional administrative or operational support tasks as assignedQualificationsAssociate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field preferred1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, coordinator, or support role preferredPrior project coordination, project management software, ticket management, invoicing, bookkeeping, or expense tracking experience preferred, but not requiredStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and project management softwareStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyClass C driver’s license or alternative transportation preferredInterpersonal SkillsFriendly, professional, and team-oriented attitudeHighly organized with strong time management skillsProactive and willing to assist where neededFlexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environmentStrong work ethic with a dependable, solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, vendors, and leadershipAbility to maintain accuracy and confidentiality with financial and operational informationPositive attitude with willingness to support a wide variety of departmental needsWorking ConditionsThe primary working conditions are in an office environment with a computer.
