Reporting to our National Sales Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing sales team at an exciting time for TIMG. You'll be working closely with our local VIC Operations team to drive both local and national growth — managing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, client meetings and tailored quoting within your territory
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring an outstanding customer experience
Identify and pursue tender opportunities and assist with the tender process where required
Represent TIMG at trade exhibitions, networking events, conferences and demonstrations
Negotiate pricing, delivery and specifications with clients and internal stakeholders
Prepare accurate quotes and cost calculations for prospects and customers
Maintain up-to-date records of all client activity, calls, meetings and correspondence in the CRM
Monitor market trends and feed insights back to the business to support strategic planning
Review your own sales performance and work towards meeting or exceeding KPIs
Collaborate closely with the VIC Operations team and wider business to deliver results
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3–4 years' experience in a Senior Sales Representative or Business Development Manager role
Proven experience in account management within a relevant industry
Experience in information management, document services or a similar industry is highly regarded
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
A commercially minded approach with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities
Confidence working autonomously while collaborating effectively with a wider team
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine drive to succeed
