Overview

In this fast-paced, high-volume role, you will shape and refine web-based content across diverse formats—FAQs, blogs, videos—ensuring accuracy, clarity, and SEO excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence patient engagement through impactful, precise editorial work within a regulated field, ultimately helping to improve health outcomes.

Required Skills

Minimum of 3+ years in editorial or content writing, ideally in healthcare, pharma, legal, financial services, or other regulated sectors

Strong experience editing AI-generated drafts and working with LLM-based tools

Proficiency in on-page SEO best practices, including headers, internal linking, schema, and intent matching

Excellent ability to work within high-volume content pipelines and meet tight deadlines

Solid understanding of editing fundamentals: accuracy, structure, redundancy elimination, tone, and voice

Experience collaborating within formal review and feedback processes

Nice to Have Skills

Familiarity with web publishing systems and content management platforms

Experience with SEO tools and performance analysis

Knowledge of APA, MLA, or other style guides for consistency and compliance

Background in healthcare or other regulated content environments

Skills in optimizing AI tools and workflows for editorial productivity

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Healthcare, or related field

At least 3 years of editorial experience in a high-volume, fast-moving content environment

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content creation
