Production Artist (Marketing Production)

Location:

Onsite Monday–Thursday, Work From Home Friday

Overview
We’re looking for a Production Artist to support a Marketing Production team in a hands‑on design and production role. This person will work closely with an Art Director to create and update marketing materials across print, digital, and social channels.

This is an execution‑focused role, ideal for someone early in their career with strong attention to detail and solid Adobe skills. A portfolio is required for consideration.

Key Responsibilities

Support development and production of marketing materials across print, web, and social

Adapt and update existing assets to ensure brand consistency and accuracy

Prepare and finalize files for production based on project specifications

Manage projects from initial setup through revisions and final delivery

Assemble assets into presentations, toolkits, and marketing packages

Upload and manage assets within a digital asset management system (DAM)

Perform production support on packaging and other marketing deliverables

Ensure all files meet quality standards, technical specs, and deadlines

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to prioritize and complete work

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a production artist or graphic design role

Strong proficiency in

Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Comfortable working in a

Mac environment

Experience producing print and digital marketing assets

High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience with digital asset management (DAM) tools

Experience with workflow or routing systems

Exposure to packaging or production design work

Additional Requirements

Portfolio showcasing print and digital work is required for submission

Estimated Min Rate: $20.90

Estimated Max Rate: $26.90
