Think fantasy sports but for exercising. We're hiring our first social media manager and content creator to build our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Reddit, and Bluesky from the ground up - and to help shape our Twitch and YouTube live streaming channels. Sports and/or fitness mindset a huge plus.We are a newly funded, scrappy, tech startup. This is a position that is for someone excited to get in on the ground floor, build something from scratch, work closely with the founder/CEO, and have excellent autonomy and work/life balance. This position is part-time to start but it will absolutely grow into a full time position as we scale.**What you'll do*** Create original short-form content, videos, graphics, copy, across all social channels* Develop and execute content strategy tailored to each platform* Help build out content and programming for our Twitch and YouTube live streams* Engage and grow our community* Work directly with the founder on strategy and creative direction**What we need*** Portfolio of content you've created and accounts you've grown or contributed to* Strong instincts for sports and fitness content* Comfortable on camera or behind it - we need someone who can do both* Live streaming knowledge a major plus**Compensation** 10-15 hrs/week (to start) · $25-35/hr + equity opportunity for right fit.LocationHybridLos Angeles, CaliforniaPay$25 - $35/hr
