It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.**Job Description****Stakeholder Bridging, Governance & Programme Leadership**Reporting into the Head of Innovation Enablement, this role leads a team which serves as the central liaison with business support units, especially Group Human Resources, Group Strategic Communications, and Brand. The role facilitates collaboration and ensures alignment of Talent and Culture initiatives with the overall Innovation Group’s objectives.In addition, this role is responsible for managing the Innovation Talent Associates Program end-to-end, including engagement with sponsors, mentors, and stakeholders across the Group. The incumbent will also lead the design and delivery of a bank-wide UOB Innovation Challenge to drive employee engagement, innovation outcomes, and cross-functional collaboration.**Expert Advisory & Solution Review*** Provide subject matter expertise on Talent and Culture strategies to reignite the innovation culture, support AI fluency across the bank.* Guide business and innovation project teams in translating recommended solutions into practical implementation within their respective domains.**Change Management Leadership*** Co-create and operationalise change management strategies in partnership with program managers and subject matter experts.* Ensure change interventions are embedded into Innovation Group priorities and transformation agendas.* Drive adoption of new capabilities, mindsets, and ways of working across stakeholders.**Positioning Innovation Group*** Partner with Group Strategic Communications, Brand, and external consultants to design and execute clear, engaging communication plans.* Ensure messaging reflects strategic priorities while addressing business-specific needs.* Drive transparency and consistency across all communication channels, including internal campaigns, newsletters, and external publications.* Support thought leadership and employer branding through innovation-related narratives and platforms.**Training, Skills Development & Talent Programmes*** Collaborate with fellow functional academies, and business units to identify capability gaps and design targeted interventions.* Implement structured training programmes, including digital learning and workshops, leveraging both internal platforms and external expertise.* Partner with HR and business leaders to embed critical future skills into talent frameworks for long-term sustainability.Oversee and continuously enhance the Innovation Talent Associates Program, including:* Programme design, rotations, and learning pathways* Mentor and sponsor engagement frameworks* Performance tracking, development planning, and deployment outcomes* Alignment to Innovation Group priorities such as AI, data, digital assets, and transformation initiatives =**Innovation Challenge Design & Delivery**Lead the conceptualisation, design, and execution of a Group-wide UOB Innovation Challenge to:* Crowdsource innovative ideas across the organisation* Foster a culture of experimentation and collaboration* Align innovation themes with strategic priorities such as AI, data, and digital transformation* Engage senior sponsors, partners, and external stakeholders where relevant* Ensure structured governance, judging frameworks, and post-challenge incubation or implementation pathways to drive measurable outcomes.## **Additional Requirements**Be a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
